Been a while since I have posted diary, been busy working and training in the gym – for someone who has never ran in her life other than a bus, I have taken to starting to jog on the treadmill, I did 3 miles today, which was better than the first attempt 2 weeks ago, as this time, I didn’t feel dizzy and legs not jelly like. But my face was red as usual, something I cannot control. I mixed up with squats, jump squats, lunge jump squats (need to work on these) and lunges. Followed by swimming, cold water – but sod it, I want to experience the different temperatures and push my body to do more.
